These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and hu77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Each player may hold only one registered account on the hu77 platform. Accounts under review may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of such checks. Funds in suspended accounts remain the property of the verified account holder.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the hu77 platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hu77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the associated account suspended.

Players agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and understand that refusal to cooperate may result in the suspension of their account.

hu77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with another player or account.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased during the cooling-off period specified at the time of setting.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or registering using another person's identity or personal details.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any bet, game, or event listed on the platform, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or irregular betting behaviour.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the normal functioning of the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means, or using the platform in any way that may constitute money laundering or financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit to which the player is not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.

hu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, hu77 will conduct an investigation and communicate its findings to the affected player within a reasonable time.

A player may also close their own hu77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable rollover at the time of closure will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hu77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. All content on the hu77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and page layout — is the property of hu77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written permission of hu77. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.
